Pricing and the true nightly rate

TrueNightly is built to show the honest, all-in price before you book: the real total, divided by the number of nights, so you can see what a night actually costs. Displayed prices, taxes, and fees are provided by the manager and their systems and are shown in good faith, but final amounts, availability, and applicable taxes are confirmed at checkout and are the responsibility of the manager. Where pricing is marked indicative, it is an estimate and not a bookable rate.

Comparisons to other platforms

Any references to fees charged by other booking platforms are general, based on those platforms’ publicly stated rates, and provided for context only. They are estimates, not guarantees, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or verified by those platforms. Your actual costs on any platform depend on that platform’s current terms.

Boats, water activities, and equipment

Some hosts offer boats, watercraft, or on-water experiences. Renting or operating a vessel carries inherent risks. Guests are responsible for operating any vessel safely, lawfully, and within their ability, and for following the host’s instructions and all posted rules. In Florida, no boating license is required to rent a vessel, but anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 who operates a motorboat of 10 horsepower or more must have passed an approved boating safety course and carry a Boating Safety Education Identification Card along with a photo ID. Age, capacity, safety-equipment, and local rules vary; the host sets and enforces the specific requirements for their equipment. Always wear appropriate life jackets and never operate a vessel under the influence.
